Renewing the Church for the Renewal of LA

From the start, the mission of Vintage has been to join God in the renewal of all things, right here in Los Angeles. To bring hope and healing and to create a safe space for people to explore and grow in faith. A church where people can be loved as they are, and find real, authentic church family. Dedicated to the Word of God and the ministry of the Holy Spirit, we want to follow the way of Jesus together. To see Heaven in the streets of LA.

For more than a decade, our church community has thrived – we have seen incredible growth by God’s grace! But, to continue our growth, we need to expand capacity. Quite simply, we need more usable space to serve and impact our city.

In 2015 we were generously gifted our building by Trinity Baptist as we merged our congregations, providing a place to gather, to worship, to be a family and to go out on mission. A church building with a rich history of almost 100 years. It’s now for us to steward this building so that it’s fit for purpose for the next 100 years – to create a legacy of faith in LA not just for ourselves, but for the generations to come.

It is A Time of Renewal.

  • We understand that unexpected life circumstances might require a few folks to have to change their pledge amount. Please let Gary Clemmer, our Director of Finance know of any changes.

  • If you haven’t pledged yet but would like to give, here are some things to consider:

It’s over and above your normal giving.

Our church operates on the generous donations of our members. We don’t want fundraising for these projects to affect our ability to conduct our day-to-day ministry activities. So we ask that you consider what you could give beyond your typical giving or tithing.

    It’s between you and God—only

Some in our church will have the capacity to pledge an additional amount, and some will not — and that’s okay! Giving to support these projects is your decision to consider with God. You should not ever feel compelled to give. You’re a loved part of this community, no matter what.

If you have any questions, please reach out to our Director of Finance, Gary Clemmer.
