Here at Vyouth, our goal is to raise up passionate disciples of Jesus; Burning Ones who are committed to living fully for Him, and whose hearts are a fiery furnace that blazes with a love for God that is unquenchable. As part of this vision, we are excited to announce the third year of our summer discipleship program: Burning Ones.

DETAILS:

Burning Ones is a summer long program that will be an intensive time of discipleship, fellowship, worship, and teaching that aims to take High School students on a journey into discovering what it means to truly become a follower of Jesus.

Open to  9th-12th grade students
Start date: June 21st - August 17th. 2022
Retreat dates: August 7th - 9th

Includes:

  • weekly discipleship sessions on Wednesday afternoons.

  • discipleship content to do at home (Bible reading, prayer exercises, spiritual disciplines etc) in the days in between.

  • At the end of the summer, when school begins again and we return to regular Vyouth programming, Burning Ones will be expected to attend regularly (unless they have graduated) and serve as student leaders in varying capacities on ministry nights.
