The criteria for joining our pastoral team are:

1. At least 5 years of senior pastoral leadership

2. Strong theological training

3. Familiar with ministry in a charismatic ministry context

4. Experience leading Alpha

5. Similar theological vision (e.g. think of our theological anchors NT Wright, John Mark Comer, Jon Tyson, John Wimber, Nicky Gumbel)

6. Strong, seasoned, and well developed teaching gift

7. A proven ability to lead leaders and ministry programs
